Chicago Artists Coalition’s annual benefit, WORK IN PROGRESS (WIP), is CAC’s biggest night of the year, and raises over $100,000 to support our residencies, education programs, and resources for Chicago artists.
In addition to bringing in vital funds for CAC, WIP is an evening of celebration that brings together CAC’s broad audience of artists, collectors, curators, art enthusiasts, and many others. WIP serves as an opportunity for CAC to once a year honor a member of the city’s arts community who has had a significant impact on its development and growth. Recipients of CAC and OtherPeoplesPixels’ MAKER Grant and Coney Family Fund Award are also announced at the benefit.
The result is a fantastic evening that highlights and builds support for the year-round efforts of CAC and the artists it serves.
