The Martin Seeks Artwork That Changes for Different Names (for the same thing) - opening Jan 2023
The Martin seeks artwork for the opening exhibition of 2023: Different Names (For the Same Thing).
The focus for the exhibition is on works that change - either as you experience them, throughout the day, or over the course of the exhibition.
Examples of works we're particularly interested in: neon, blacklight, video, controlled decay, light/dark based, electronic, sound-based and all of the many things we aren't thinking of. Artists may submit up to five works to be considered.
When submitting - choose to upload photos or provide a direct link to the works - whatever is a better representation of them.
We are open to artists outside of Chicago as long as they are able to ship their work to and from the gallery.
Submissions are open and free until end of day on December 30th.
