Open Call for Public Performance Symposium
Out of Site Public Performance Symposium April 22 – May 9, 2021
Out of Site Chicago is organizing a Public Performance Symposium entitled ‘Flow - body in site’. We are inviting local, national and international performance artists and dancers to submit proposals Lecture Preseantations on public performance. Lectures will last for one session at 90mins.
Please submit a 500 word abstract. If selected the abstracts will be published as part of the symposia program. We will also consider Performative Lecture proposals. Please note the full symposia will take place via zoom.
As an organization we function to support working opportunities for
performance artists and dancers working in urban contexts.
Conference participants will be trained in live streaming and have the opportunity to present their performance at a live stream showing on May 8 to May 9, 2021.
