Union Street Gallery invites visual artists working in one or more fiber media to submit works!We're looking for pieces which express positive visions and directions that focuses on the theme’s concepts. We invite artists, working individually or in collaboration, to bring forth their hopes, inspirations, and energies which speak to sustenance and transformation for the betterment of society! Works may honor and/or model examples of nobility of character emerging through efforts to elevate the human condition!Please submit recent work done in any fiber processes including but not limited to quilting, macrame, dyeing, embroidery, printing, crochet, felting, weaving, surface design, and mixed media works incorporating combinations of these processes! No size restrictions apply.
Show dates: October 12th - November 4th
Reception Date: October 21st
Deadline to Submit: October 5th
Submission Fee: $25
Artwork drop off dates: September 28th, 29th, 30th, and October 5th
Artwork pickup dates: November 9th, 10th, and 11th
Maximum number of Artwork submissions: 5 with a maximum of 3 to be selected by Gallery staff
