What We're Looking For:

  • Art that sings praises: From soulful paintings to electrifying installations, express the depth and diversity of Black joy. Show us the vibrancy of love for community, the resilience of spirit, and the contagious laughter that fuels our lives. Celebrate the self-love that shines bright against adversity.
  • Unheard, unseen, untold: Give voice to the stories often silenced. Honor the contributions of Black inventors, trailblazers, and everyday heroes who shaped our culture. Share the legacy of Black resistance and the unwavering fight for justice.
  • Innovation and inspiration: Push the boundaries of creativity. Embrace traditional and contemporary forms, from digital art to sculpture. Let your vision redefine what "Black art" can be.

Remember:

  • This is a space for Black voices to be heard. We actively encourage submissions from Black artists.
  • Let your art be a bridge, sparking conversations and fostering understanding.

Join us in amplifying the beauty, brilliance, and love that resides within Black communities. Let's paint a picture of America richer, deeper, and infinitely more joyful because of Black lives.
