The Des Plaines Arts Council is seeking a chalk artist to present as featured artist at the Draw Des Plaines Chalk Fest in Library Plaza, this coming Saturday, August 12, 2023. The location is a sidewalk in front of the library at 1501 Ellinwood in Des Plaines.
