Art Speaks at Stan Mansion

VibrantCast invites local artists to be part of a one-night-only art exhibition at the historic Stan Mansion!

Join us for an immersive evening where art, storytelling, and live music come together in a stunning setting. This ticketed event will feature:

• 8 Writer/Poet Presentations
• Live Music
• An Open Bar
• A Curated Art Exhibition
• Projected installations

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Children’s International.

Artwork Requirements

• Size: Minimum 20” x 20” maximum 42” x 48”
• Submission Limit: Up to 3 pieces per artist (only one will be selected)
• Presentation: All artwork must be wired and ready to hang
• Required Information: Each submission must include:
  • Title, dimensions, price, medium, and the story behind the piece
  • Submissions missing this information will not be accepted

Sales & Commission

• All accepted artwork is for exhibition and sale.
• The commission on sales is 35%. Please price your work accordingly.
• We will not be selling any prints for this event.
• All artwork and stories will be featured on the VibrantCast platform for 3 weeks after the event.

• Submission Deadline: Saturday, March 1 (11:00 PM)
• Acceptance Notification: On or before Monday, March 3

• Event Date: Thursday, March 20
  • Public Hours: 6:00 – 9:30 PM
  • Artist Presentations Begin: 7:00 PM
  • Artist Set-Up: Arrive at 5:00 PM with artwork
  • Same-day takedown required after the event

Submission Fee

• $35 non-refundable submission fee (covers entry of one piece)
• All submitting artists receive a ticket to the event, whether accepted or not
