Teresa Silva

Teresa Silva is the Executive and Artistic Director at the Chicago Artists Coalition. She is a writer, curator, and member of the artist collective, Tiger Strikes Asteroid Chicago. Her most recent curatorial project was the solo presentation, Luis A. Sahagun: Both Eagle and Serpent at the Chicago Cultural Center in 2020. In 2019, Silva ranked #6 in the “Art 50: Chicago’s Visual Vanguard” for her significant contributions to artists in Chicago. In 2018, she was awarded a Robert Rauschenberg - Artists' Community Administrator Residency and, in 2017, a Diversity + Leadership Fellowship with the Alliance of Artists' Communities.
