The Chicago Artists’ Coalition provides an exceptional natural light filled, loft-like space for your next education, exhibition, social or corporate event. Located in the heart of Chicago’s cutting edge gallery and restaurant district, the space is minutes from downtown.

Gallery
The gallery serves as the heart of CAC’s incredible space. The architecturally dramatic space can accommodate 2D and 3D art exhibitions, conferences, rehearsals, photo shoots, projected presentations, musical concerts, cocktail receptions and elegant sit-down dinners. The gallery has access to a full service kitchen and bathroom facilitates.

Rental fee includes the gallery space, pre and post event professional cleaning, two CAC staff persons on site for duration of event, and for exhibitions, the preparation of walls.  Additional costs may include installation or de-installation (CAC can arrange for professionals installers), added security, valet parking, trash disposal, miscellaneous set up or clean up costs. Separate insurance is  required for liquor and food vendors and liability insurance is recommended. Preferred vendor list is available upon request. Space is handicap accessible upon request. Weekly rentals are available and can include limited events. Inquire with CAC for more information.

Deposit Policy: A 50%, non-refundable, deposit is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
