The Fine Arts Building has an active artist community hosting exhibition opportunities every month during their Second Fridays open studios event. The space has natural diffused light through a wall of windows from the lovely courtyard clear space and also comes with spot and recessed lighting, hardwood floors, and air conditioning. The space can be subdivided by movable partitions depending on space and privacy requirements of each resident artist. Possible classroom and/or gallery use.

Monthly rent per resident artist dependent on number of artists and relative space used. With space divided equally between 3 or 4 artists total rent would be approximately $370 and $280 respectively.
